Preparation
  1. In your crock pot, add the cubed chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Use your mixing spoon to stir all the ingredients together until the chicken is coated.
  3. Cover the crock pot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Finishing Touches
  1. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cooked pasta and milk.
  2. Cover the crock pot again and let it continue cooking for about 30 minutes.
  3. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, substitute traditional pasta with gluten-free varieties. The dish stores well in the fridge and can be reheated easily. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3-4 days or frozen for longer storage. Experiment with different vegetables or proteins based on preference.
