- In your crock pot, add the cubed chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Use your mixing spoon to stir all the ingredients together until the chicken is coated.
- Cover the crock pot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Finishing Touches
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cooked pasta and milk.
- Cover the crock pot again and let it continue cooking for about 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, substitute traditional pasta with gluten-free varieties. The dish stores well in the fridge and can be reheated easily. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3-4 days or frozen for longer storage. Experiment with different vegetables or proteins based on preference.
