Wrap Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
Coleslaw Ingredients
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional) For added flavor
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional) For added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, toss shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients well.
  3. If desired, mix in the optional cilantro and green onions for added flavor and freshness.
Assembly
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on your work surface. Add a generous serving of BBQ chicken and the coleslaw mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  2. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
  3. Repeat for the remaining wraps until all ingredients are used up.
  4. Cut each wrap in half diagonally for easy serving.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best flavor and freshness. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days. Consider using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter option.
