  • 2 cups homemade yogurt You can use store-bought low-sugar or Greek yogurt as alternatives.
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas) Use any combination of fresh fruits.
  • 1 cup crunchy granola Granola can be homemade or store-bought.
  • to taste Honey or maple syrup Optional, for drizzling.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a glass or bowl, start by adding a layer of homemade yogurt.
  2. Add a layer of mixed fresh fruits on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of crunchy granola over the fruits.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glass or bowl is full, finishing with a layer of granola on top.
  5. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Yogurt parfaits can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep granola separate until serving to maintain its crunch. Customize with different fruits or yogurt types as needed.
