  • 2 cups watermelon, diced Fresh, seedless watermelon works best.
  • 8 pieces strawberries, hulled Use ripe strawberries for better flavor.
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice You can substitute with unsweetened coconut water for a healthier version.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the watermelon into small cubes and hull the strawberries.
  2. Add the diced watermelon, hulled strawberries, and fresh lime juice into the blender.
  3. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Serving
  1. Serve over ice, and garnish with a slice of lime or a strawberry on the rim of the glass.

Notes

If you have leftovers, the mocktail can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. It’s best served fresh to avoid separation of natural fruit juices.
