Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the diced watermelon, mint leaves, and lime juice. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Serving
  1. Option 1: Pour the blended mixture over ice in a glass and garnish with a slice of lime or a sprig of mint.
  2. Option 2: For a fizzy twist, pour the blended watermelon mixture over ice and top it up with sparkling water or kombucha. Stir gently to combine.

Notes
