Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully slice the Brie wheel in half horizontally to create two equal-sized rounds.
- Spread half of the cranberry sauce on one side of the Brie, then place the second round of Brie on top to create a 'sandwich.'
- Place the assembled Brie sandwich into a small cast iron skillet or baking dish. Top with the remaining cranberry sauce.
Baking
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese begins to melt but is not completely melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped pistachios and fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.
Serving
- Serve immediately with sliced apples or crackers for dipping.
Notes
Store leftover baked Brie in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a low oven (300°F) for 8–10 minutes.
