Preparation
- Measure out 0.5 cup of frozen mango and add it to your high-speed blender.
- Pour in 0.75 cup of coconut water into the blender.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the blender.
- Blend all the ingredients on high until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- If desired, rim your glasses with salt by wetting the edge with lime juice and dipping it into salt.
- Pour the blended mango mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish with a lime wheel on top.
