  • 0.5 cup frozen mango Use frozen mango for the best texture.
  • 0.75 cup coconut water Regular or low-sugar coconut water can be used.
  • 1 lime Juice of 1 lime Adds a zesty kick.

Preparation
  1. Measure out 0.5 cup of frozen mango and add it to your high-speed blender.
  2. Pour in 0.75 cup of coconut water into the blender.
  3. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the blender.
  4. Blend all the ingredients on high until you achieve a smooth consistency.
  5. If desired, rim your glasses with salt by wetting the edge with lime juice and dipping it into salt.
  6. Pour the blended mango mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish with a lime wheel on top.

Notes

Serve in chilled glasses and add garnishes like mint leaves or additional lime slices for extra flavor. This drink pairs well with light snacks and appetizers.
