- Gather all your ingredients.
- Add the vegan vanilla ice cream, spinach, vegan vanilla protein powder, peppermint extract, frozen bananas, and vegan milk into a blender.
- Blend everything until smooth. If you want a greener shake, feel free to add more spinach.
- Pour the shake into a serving glass and top with almond milk whipped cream and crushed Oreos, if desired.
