Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 1 handful spinach Can add more to enhance the color
  • 2 tbsp vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup vegan milk of choice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Add the vegan vanilla ice cream, spinach, vegan vanilla protein powder, peppermint extract, frozen bananas, and vegan milk into a blender.
  3. Blend everything until smooth. If you want a greener shake, feel free to add more spinach.
  4. Pour the shake into a serving glass and top with almond milk whipped cream and crushed Oreos, if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For easier meal prep, pre-portion your ingredients in a freezer bag.
