  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or kale Use fresh for best taste.
  • 1 cup diced pineapple or mango
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk Use coconut water for hydration, or almond milk for a creamier texture.
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds Optional for added fiber.
  • to taste Ice cubes Optional for a thicker texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients. Make sure all the fruits and greens are fresh for the best taste.
  2. Blend the spinach or kale with coconut water or almond milk first.
  3. Add the ripe banana and diced tropical fruit.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding honey or another banana.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. If storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Consider portion control for weight management.
