- Gather all your ingredients. Make sure all the fruits and greens are fresh for the best taste.
- Blend the spinach or kale with coconut water or almond milk first.
- Add the ripe banana and diced tropical fruit.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to a minute.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding honey or another banana.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
