Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring tri-tip to room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add optional seasonings as desired.
  3. Lightly coat tri-tip with olive oil spray.
Cooking
  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Place seasoned tri-tip in air fryer basket.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, checking internal temperature.
  4. Remove tri-tip and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Slice against the grain and serve.
