  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) Pre-shredded cheese saves time.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Fresh tomatoes give the best flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Use fresh lettuce for best results.
For Serving
  • Tortilla chips or mini tortillas Serve immediately for best texture.

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the seasoned beef, ranch dressing, cheese, diced tomatoes, and lettuce.
  4. Scoop the mixture onto tortilla chips or mini tortillas.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover filling in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days. Assemble just before serving to maintain crispiness of chips.
