Preparation
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
- Add the steak pieces to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak bites to the pan in a single layer, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked to your liking.
- Drizzle some of the leftover marinade over the cooked steak bites and cook for another minute.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For serving, pair the steak bites with toothpicks for easy eating. They also go well with steamed rice or a fresh salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days or frozen for up to three months.
