  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce Adjust for desired spice level.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper Add according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
  1. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
  3. Remove from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
  4. Serve hot.
