Ingredients
  

Hot Snacks
  • 1 head Buffalo cauliflower wings Use hot sauce to adjust spice level.
  • 4 large Potatoes For cheesy potato skins.
Cold Snacks
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips Serve with dips.
  • 2 cups Salsa For chips.
  • 2 ripe Avocados For guacamole.
  • 1 cup Celery sticks For serving with wings.
  • 1 cup Carrots For serving fresh.
  • 1 cup Blue cheese or ranch dressing For dipping.
  • 20 pieces Pre-made meatballs or sausage bites Warm before serving.
  • 12 mini Slider buns Prepare with cooked patties.
  • 2 cups Pretzels For snacking.
  • 2 cups Nuts Mixed nuts for snacks.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to the right temperature for the wings and potato skins.
  2. Make the batter or coating for the cauliflower wings and toss the cauliflower until well coated.
  3. Arrange the cauliflower on a sheet so pieces do not touch. Bake or air fry until crispy.
  4. For potato skins, bake potatoes until tender, scoop out the centers, brush skins with oil, fill with cheese and bacon or a filling of your choice, and bake again until melted.
  5. Prepare dips and place them in small bowls.
Serving
  1. Place hot items in warm trays so they stay hot during the game.
  2. Put cold items on the side with ice if needed.
  3. Arrange food so guests can reach it from both sides of the table.
  4. Keep sauces and dips in small bowls with spoons or dip knives.

Notes

Cool food before storing. Store in airtight containers for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for 1 to 2 months. Reheat in oven for best texture.
