Preparation
- Preheat your oven to the right temperature for the wings and potato skins.
- Make the batter or coating for the cauliflower wings and toss the cauliflower until well coated.
- Arrange the cauliflower on a sheet so pieces do not touch. Bake or air fry until crispy.
- For potato skins, bake potatoes until tender, scoop out the centers, brush skins with oil, fill with cheese and bacon or a filling of your choice, and bake again until melted.
- Prepare dips and place them in small bowls.
Serving
- Place hot items in warm trays so they stay hot during the game.
- Put cold items on the side with ice if needed.
- Arrange food so guests can reach it from both sides of the table.
- Keep sauces and dips in small bowls with spoons or dip knives.
Notes
Cool food before storing. Store in airtight containers for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for 1 to 2 months. Reheat in oven for best texture.
