  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup watermelon cubes
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup peach slices
  • cups coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Preparation
  1. Pour 1½ cups coconut water into a blender.
  2. Add 1 cup frozen mango chunks.
  3. Add 1 cup watermelon cubes, ½ cup strawberries, and ½ cup peach slices.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
  5. Blend for 60 seconds until smooth and chilled.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For portion control, serve 8 to 12 ounces. Pair with a handful of nuts or a boiled egg for protein. Store leftovers for up to 24 hours in the fridge.
