  • 2 ounces feta cheese (crumbled) Use goat cheese for a different flavor.
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper To taste.
Dressing
  • 1 recipe Poppy Seed Dressing Store-bought or homemade.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, place the fresh spinach, sliced strawberries, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle some of the Poppy Seed Dressing on top and toss gently to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Add the toasted pecans and crumbled feta cheese, and toss again delicately.
  4. If desired, add more dressing based on your personal taste preference.
  5. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy this vibrant, flavorful salad.
