- Place frozen strawberries in blender.
- Add remaining ingredients: milk, lemon juice, sweetener, and sea salt.
- Blend until smooth, starting on low speed and gradually increasing.
- Use a spatula to release any air bubbles if the mixture is thick, then re-blend as needed.
Notes
Serve the smoothie in a 10–12 ounce portion. For a balanced snack, pair with nuts or boiled egg. For lower calories, use unsweetened almond milk and reduce the sweetener. Shake or stir before drinking if stored in the fridge.
