Ingredients
  

For the mocktail
  • 3 pieces strawberries, diced Fresh strawberries
  • 1 inch cucumber, grated Adds hydration
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (optional) Can be skipped for lower calorie
  • 0.5 pieces lime, juiced Juice of half a lime adds flavor
  • 1 cup sparkling water Gives the drink its fizz
  • as needed cups ice For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Dice the strawberries and grate the cucumber.
  2. In a tall glass, muddle the diced strawberries, grated cucumber, sweetener (if desired), and lime juice together.
  3. Add ice to the glass.
  4. Pour in one cup of sparkling water over the muddled mixture and stir gently.
  5. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.

Notes

This mocktail is best enjoyed fresh. Store the muddled mixture (without sparkling water) in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, adding sparkling water and ice just before serving.
