Cooking the Steak

- In a large bowl, combine the cooked white rice, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Mix well to combine.
- Divide the rice mixture among serving bowls.
- Top each bowl with the cooked steak, a generous drizzle of warm queso cheese sauce, and diced avocado.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave before serving. Avoid freezing the avocado and queso cheese sauce together for better texture. Instead, freeze the rice, beans, corn, and steak separately.
