Preparation
  1. Season the Steak: Toss the steak strips with chili powder, paprika, cumin, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the Fajita Veggies: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers; cook for about 4-5 minutes until slightly charred but crisp.
Cooking
  1. Sear the Steak: Push cooked veggies to the side, add seasoned steak, and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring until browned and tender.
  2. Make the Seasoned Rice: In a separate pot, heat olive oil or butter; stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Serving
  1. Plate & Serve: Arrange the steak fajitas beside a scoop of seasoned rice and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Notes
