  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Dipping sauce or sour cream (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
