  • 12 pieces Slider buns
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Frank's hot buffalo sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Cheese Soft cheeses like Monterey Jack or cheddar work best
Optional Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted, for brushing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing For dipping
  • 1 cup Lettuce Or other toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Frank's hot buffalo sauce.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Fill each bun with the buffalo chicken mixture and top with cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns back on, and if desired, brush the tops with melted butter.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Serve with ranch dressing and lettuce if desired.

Notes

Store cooled sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain texture.
