Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, rub the drumsticks with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, mixed herbs, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. While the chicken is roasting, cut the potatoes into fry shapes.
  3. You can fry them in a shallow pan with a little olive oil or bake them on a separate baking sheet.
Making the Salad
  1. In a salad bowl, toss together the lettuce, tomato wedges, sliced red onion, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serving
  1. Once the chicken is done roasting and the fries are crispy, plate the dish with roasted chicken, golden fries, and fresh salad.

Notes

For a healthier choice, add more vegetables to your garden salad. This recipe is also great for meal prep; store leftovers in airtight containers in the fridge for 3-4 days.
