Preparation
- Brew green tea using one tea bag or one teaspoon of loose tea leaves. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag or strain.
- Let the brewed tea cool.
- Combine cooled green tea, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, and turmeric in a blender.
- Blend until well combined.
Serving
- Pour the blended mocktail over ice in tall glasses.
- Garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of mint if desired.
Notes
Serve cold in small portions (8-12 oz) to control calories. For portion control, pre-fill glasses with ice and pour the drink to the line.
