Ingredients
  

For the mocktail
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple juice Reduce for a lower sugar version
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 cup Brewed and chilled green tea Use one tea bag or one teaspoon of loose tea leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Can replace with low-calorie sweetener
  • 1 pinch Turmeric For anti-inflammatory benefits
  • as needed Ice cubes For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew green tea using one tea bag or one teaspoon of loose tea leaves. Steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag or strain.
  2. Let the brewed tea cool.
  3. Combine cooled green tea, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, and turmeric in a blender.
  4. Blend until well combined.
Serving
  1. Pour the blended mocktail over ice in tall glasses.
  2. Garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of mint if desired.

Notes

Serve cold in small portions (8-12 oz) to control calories. For portion control, pre-fill glasses with ice and pour the drink to the line.
