Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, honey (or maple syrup), and melted coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
Mixing
  1. Stir in the rolled oats, almond flour, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  3. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.

Notes

These bars are meal prep friendly and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week or frozen for longer storage. Feel free to swap out blueberries for other berries or add nuts for a crunch.
