Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat a skillet over low medium heat.
- Dice the apple and add to the skillet with a little coconut oil and cinnamon. Sauté until soft, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Grease a small ramekin or baking dish and add the sautéed apples to it.
Making the Crumble
- In a small bowl, mix together the crumble ingredients: almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and coconut sugar.
- Mix the crumble ingredients and sprinkle over the sautéed apples.
Baking
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350°F until the top is golden and apples are soft.
- Enjoy warm!
Notes
Serve warm for best taste and consider adding a dollop of Greek yogurt for added protein. Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
