Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 large large pizza crust (about 16 to 20 oz)
Pink Sauce
  • 1 can 14.5 oz fire roasted tomatoes
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp white or black pepper
  • Salt to taste Salt to taste
Pizza Toppings
  • 2 cups grated cheese (pizza cheese blend or mozzarella, or to taste)
  • cup grated parmesan or asiago cheese
  • 4-6 oz shrimp (cooked and seasoned to taste)
  • 6-8 oz salmon (cooked and seasoned to taste, then cut into chunks)
  • 3-5 oz bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • Crushed red pepper to taste Crushed red pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425ºF (220ºC).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the can of fire roasted tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, oregano, basil, white pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Spread the pink sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
  2. Sprinkle the grated cheese followed by the parmesan or asiago on top.
  3. Add the cooked shrimp, salmon chunks, and chopped bacon over the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle crushed red pepper for a bit of heat if desired.
Cooking
  1. Place the pizza in the oven on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.

Notes

This pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or an air fryer.
