Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425ºF (220ºC).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the can of fire roasted tomatoes, heavy cream, garlic powder, oregano, basil, white pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Assembly
- Spread the pink sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese followed by the parmesan or asiago on top.
- Add the cooked shrimp, salmon chunks, and chopped bacon over the cheese.
- Sprinkle crushed red pepper for a bit of heat if desired.
Cooking
- Place the pizza in the oven on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
Notes
This pizza can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or an air fryer.
