  • 1 lb Sausage (sliced) Use pork, beef, chicken, or turkey sausage.
  • 4 cups Cabbage (shredded) Fresh cabbage is recommended for texture.
  • 2 cups Bell peppers (sliced) Use any color of bell pepper.
  • 1 medium Onion (sliced) Yellow or white onion works well.
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) Adjust to taste.
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce if necessary.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For cooking, can substitute with another oil.
  • to taste Salt Adjust according to preference.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust according to preference.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in shredded cabbage and bell peppers, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Stir well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your hearty meal!

Notes

Serve over rice or bread. Perfect for meal prep and leftovers. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
