Method
 

Crafting Steps
  1. Cut the tissue paper into approximately 4-inch squares, rounding the corners to mimic a pumpkin shape.
  2. Wrap the cut tissue paper around the top of the lollipop, securing it in place with a green pipe cleaner.
  3. Cut off the ends of the tissue paper, leaving some extra to curl for the 'leaves'.
  4. Twist the ends of the green pipe cleaner to form the leaves of the pumpkin.
  5. Using the black Sharpie, draw facial features on the tissue-wrapped lollipops.
  6. Repeat the process to create multiple lollipop pumpkins with different facial expressions.
