- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, cut the pineapple into chunks, peel and slice the kiwi, cube the watermelon, and slice the bananas. Ensure that all pieces are bite-sized.
Assembly
- Take a wooden skewer and start threading your fruits in a colorful, alternating pattern.
- Leave a little space between each piece for a nice presentation.
Dipping sauce preparation
- In a small mixing bowl, add yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Serving
- Once the kabobs are assembled, place them on a serving platter. Serve with the yogurt dip on the side.
