Ingredients
  

Fruits

  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced Full of vitamin C and fiber, with a tart flavor.
  • 1 cup watermelon, cut into cubes Hydrating and low in calories.
  • 1 cup grapes Good source of vitamins C and K.
  • 1 cup bananas, sliced Provides potassium and creamy sweetness.
Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup yogurt Opt for low-fat or Greek yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Natural sweetness alternative to refined sugars.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor and aroma.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, cut the pineapple into chunks, peel and slice the kiwi, cube the watermelon, and slice the bananas. Ensure that all pieces are bite-sized.
Assembly
  1. Take a wooden skewer and start threading your fruits in a colorful, alternating pattern.
  2. Leave a little space between each piece for a nice presentation.
Dipping sauce preparation
  1. In a small mixing bowl, add yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Serving
  1. Once the kabobs are assembled, place them on a serving platter. Serve with the yogurt dip on the side.

Notes

Customization: Feel free to swap any fruits and add nuts or seeds to the yogurt dip for added nutrition. Meal prep: These kabobs can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
