Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf, firm but not overly compact.
  4. Place the shaped loaf into a baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the interior reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Allow to rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Consider adding finely chopped vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini for added nutrition and fiber. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat and serve with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
