Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup pineapple Fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 10 leaves mint Fresh
  • 1 medium lime Juiced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Measure 1 cup of fresh pineapple and add it to your high-speed blender.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of coconut water.
  3. Add the 10 mint leaves.
  4. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the blender.
  5. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  6. If preferred, strain the mixture for a smoother texture.
  7. Garnish with additional mint leaves or pineapple slices and serve chilled.

Notes

Serve chilled; can be combined with ice cubes. Consider serving in smaller glasses for portion control.
