Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Take the roll of Pillsbury cookie dough out of the fridge. If it's too hard, let it sit for a few minutes to soften.
- Dust your counter with flour and roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut out fun shapes using cookie cutters and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips or colorful sprinkles on top of the cookies.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.
- Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Once cool, you can decorate with icing if desired.

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature.
