  • 50 grams low sugar white chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
For the Naughty Version
  • 1 cup milk of your choice Use full milk for a richer flavor.
  • 50 grams white chocolate Real white chocolate for flavor.
Common Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Making the Nice Version
  1. Place almond milk, low sugar white chocolate, and peppermint extract in a small saucepan over medium heat. Do not let the mixture boil.
  2. Stir until the white chocolate dissolves completely.
  3. Remove from heat and serve.
Making the Naughty Version
  1. Place milk of your choice, white chocolate, and candy cane in a small saucepan over medium heat. Do not let the mixture boil.
  2. Stir until the white chocolate and candy cane dissolve completely.
  3. Remove from heat and serve. Add some white cream and crushed candy cane on top if you’re feeling particularly naughty!

Notes

For a balanced night, enjoy with a light protein snack such as yogurt or nuts. Can be gluten-free depending on the white chocolate used.
