- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, plain yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container.
- Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours, stirring every hour to ensure a creamy consistency.
- Once frozen, scoop and serve as desired.
Notes
Store any leftover Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt in the freezer for up to one month.
