Main ingredients
  • 1 piece frozen banana Small banana for lower calories
  • 1/4 cup almond milk Use unsweetened almond milk for lower sugar
  • 1/4 cup frozen chopped spinach Fresh spinach can also be used
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate protein Adjust protein level based on preference
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter Use natural peanut butter to avoid added sugars
Toppings
  • 1/2 piece banana For topping
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter Optional drizzle for topping
  • 1 tbsp granola Use sparingly for a lighter option
  • 1 piece vegan peanut butter cup Adds texture and taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend all main ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Add more almond milk if you desire a thinner consistency.
  3. Serve in a tall glass or jar and add toppings.
  4. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

For storage, pour into an airtight jar for up to 24 hours. Freeze for longer storage (up to 3 months) and blend again with almond milk if necessary.
