Cheesecake Mixture
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Can substitute with blended granulated sugar if needed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed fresh raspberries Other fruits can be used as variation
Coating
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Can substitute with milk or dark chocolate
  • optional freeze-dried raspberry powder For garnish
  • optional additional melted white chocolate for drizzling For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the mashed raspberries.
  3. Scoop the mixture and roll it into small balls.
Coating
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips and dip each ball into the chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  2. Place the coated balls onto a parchment-lined tray.
  3. For garnish, sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberry powder or drizzle with additional melted white chocolate.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate until set, then serve.
