Preparation
- Roll the pizza dough to create a circle with a diameter of about 10 inches.
- Spread 1.5 tablespoons of marinara sauce over the dough using the back of a spoon.
- Top the pizza with the thawed seafood medley.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the seafood, then add the chopped green olives.
Cooking
- Place the pizza in the oven at 450°F (about 230°C) for around 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
Finishing Touches
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle with pepper, add fresh basil leaves, and drizzle with olive oil.
Notes
For a balanced meal, serve with a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
