Moroccan Seafood Pizza

Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 1 piece Pizza dough Divide into 4 for small pizzas.
Toppings
  • 1.5 tbsp Marinara sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup Frozen seafood medley Defrosted in water and drained.
  • 1 cup Low-moisture shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup Pitted green olives Roughly chopped.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling on top.
  • few Fresh basil leaves

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Roll the pizza dough to create a circle with a diameter of about 10 inches.
  2. Spread 1.5 tablespoons of marinara sauce over the dough using the back of a spoon.
  3. Top the pizza with the thawed seafood medley.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the seafood, then add the chopped green olives.
Cooking
  1. Place the pizza in the oven at 450°F (about 230°C) for around 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
Finishing Touches
  1. Once out of the oven, sprinkle with pepper, add fresh basil leaves, and drizzle with olive oil.

Notes

For a balanced meal, serve with a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
