  • 2 medium Jalapeños, diced
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
For Frying
  • 12 pieces Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying Oil for frying Use enough to fill the deep pan

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix diced jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper and roll them up tightly.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
