  • 1-2 tablespoons yogurt (Greek yogurt recommended for high protein) Greek yogurt enhances protein content.
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh berries or diced fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or peaches) Choose your favorite seasonal fruits.

Preparation
  1. Prepare mini dessert cups or glasses.
  2. In each cup, layer 1-2 tablespoons of granola at the bottom.
  3. Add 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt on top of the granola.
  4. Layer 1-2 tablespoons of fresh berries or diced fruit on top of the yogurt.
  5. Repeat layering for larger parfaits if desired, adjusting ingredient amounts accordingly.
  6. Finish with a sprinkle of granola and a sprig of mint if desired.
  7. Chill parfaits until serving, best enjoyed within 1-2 hours for optimal freshness.

Notes

Store parfaits in an airtight container in the fridge, keeping granola separate until serving to maintain crunchiness. Best consumed within 1-2 days.
