  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's well softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For a sharper flavor.
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Mix-ins
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions Add more for a stronger onion flavor.
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon Use fresh bacon for the best taste.
Seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies.
  2. For a warm version, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

Store dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Freezing is not recommended due to possible texture changes.
