Ingredients
  

For the parfait
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored) Choose unsweetened yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup granola Opt for low-sugar granola if desired.
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Fresh or frozen mixed berries can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional sweetener, adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional, adds flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a clear glass or jar, layer 1/4 cup of yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons) on top of the yogurt.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries (about 1/4 cup).
  4. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with berries on top.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.

Notes

Store parfaits in the refrigerator for up to three days but consume within one to two days for best flavor. Keep granola separate until serving for crunchiness.
