Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the heated skillet. Sauté them for about 5 minutes until they are softened and fragrant.
  4. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until they are tender.
  5. Stir in the sliced steak, cooking it until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
Baking
  1. Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
