Main Ingredients
  • 24 oz Frozen tater tots A standard bag serves multiple servings.
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or any cheese of your choice.
  • 1 cup Bacon bits Can use pre-cooked or cooked fresh bacon.
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream For topping.
  • 1/4 cup Green onions Chopped, for topping.
  • to taste Salt Add if desired.
  • to taste Pepper Add if desired.

Method
 

Baking and Topping
  1. Preheat the oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
  2. Bake the tater tots until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheese and bacon bits over the tater tots.
  4. Return to the oven for an additional few minutes until the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover loaded tater tots in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness. For freezing, it's best to freeze plain tater tots before adding toppings.
