Preparation
- In a large glass measuring cup, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, honey or sugar, and lukewarm water until fully dissolved.
- Add the lemon zest and whisk for a minute to combine.
- Pour the lemonade mixture into the popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 of the way.
- Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to set for at least 4-6 hours, or ideally overnight.
- Once frozen solid, gently run warm water over the molds to help release the pops.
Serving
- Enjoy the refreshing Lemonade Popsicles on a hot day!
Notes
Experiment with different sweeteners or add fruits like berries for added flavor and fiber. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
