  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice About three lemons; rich in vitamin C and detoxifying properties.
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup Honey or Organic Cane Sugar Adjust sweetness to taste; honey adds antioxidants.
  • 1 1/2 cups Lukewarm Water Helps dissolve the sweetener for a smooth mixture.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest Zest from one lemon to enhance flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large glass measuring cup, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, honey or sugar, and lukewarm water until fully dissolved.
  2. Add the lemon zest and whisk for a minute to combine.
  3. Pour the lemonade mixture into the popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 of the way.
  4. Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to set for at least 4-6 hours, or ideally overnight.
  5. Once frozen solid, gently run warm water over the molds to help release the pops.

Notes

Experiment with different sweeteners or add fruits like berries for added flavor and fiber. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
