- Muddle lemon, mint, and honey (if using) in a glass.

- Top with coconut water and soda water.

Notes
This drink can be served in a tall glass with ice or in a pitcher for parties. Keep the honey optional to reduce sugar and calories. Store the drink base in the fridge for up to 48 hours before adding soda and ice to maintain fizz.
