  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Fresh; bottled can be used but fresh is preferred.
  • 2 slices lemon rounds For garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional) Use to taste or skip for lower calories.
  • 6-8 leaves fresh mint leaves Muddled for flavor.
  • 0.5 cup coconut water Provides natural hydration.
  • 0.5 cup soda water Sparkling water for fizz.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Muddle lemon, mint, and honey (if using) in a glass.
  2. Add lots of ice to the glass.
  3. Top with coconut water and soda water.
  4. Stir gently, garnish, and serve.

Notes

This drink can be served in a tall glass with ice or in a pitcher for parties. Keep the honey optional to reduce sugar and calories. Store the drink base in the fridge for up to 48 hours before adding soda and ice to maintain fizz.
