Preparation
- Blend the cubed pineapple, diced mango, and coconut milk in a blender until smooth. Adjust consistency with more coconut milk if needed. Taste and add honey or agave if preferred.
- In another blend, include strawberries, orange juice, and optional sweetener. Blend until smooth and taste to adjust sweetness.
- Layer the pineapple mixture and strawberry mixture into the popsicle molds for distinct layers.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 3-4 hours until solid.
- To serve, run warm water over the mold to gently release the popsicles, and enjoy immediately or store in a freezer bag.
Notes
Use fresh fruits for best flavor. Store in a sealed freezer bag to prevent odor absorption, and consider meal prepping for quick snacks throughout the week. Customize with additional fruits or spinach.
