Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 whole Kiwi fruit, thinly sliced
  • 2 whole Strawberries, thinly sliced
Beverage
  • 1 cup Sparkling drink of your choice (consider low or no sugar)
  • to taste cubes Ice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Press slices of strawberry and kiwi fruit against the inside of a glass to release flavors.
  2. Add enough ice to fill the glass and hold the fruit pieces.
  3. Top with your favorite low or no sugar sparkling drink.
  4. Garnish with any leftover fruit slices if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed immediately. Slice fruit a day ahead and store in an airtight container for easy prep.
