- Place the diced kiwi fruit, lime juice, mint leaves, and sweetener (if using) in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Divide the blended mixture between 2 ice-filled glasses.
- Top with sparkling water or kombucha.
- Garnish with mint leaves or extra kiwi slices for a beautiful presentation.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but without the sparkling water or kombucha.
