  • 3 pieces kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
  • 1 pieces lime, juiced
  • 10 leaves mint leaves
  • 2 cups sparkling water or kombucha
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice (optional) Use if you prefer a sweeter drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the diced kiwi fruit, lime juice, mint leaves, and sweetener (if using) in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Divide the blended mixture between 2 ice-filled glasses.
  4. Top with sparkling water or kombucha.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves or extra kiwi slices for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but without the sparkling water or kombucha.
