Preparation
- Wash the kale thoroughly to remove any dirt and remove the stems.
- Peel the banana.
Blending
- Place the kale in your blender and add the almond milk. Blend on high until the kale is completely broken down, about 30 seconds.
- Add the banana, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes. Blend again until everything is combined and creamy.
Serving
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
- Pour the kale smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a stylish presentation, serve in a mason jar. You can prepare ingredients in advance and store them in a zip-top bag in the freezer to save time.
